      Tunia at the front desk was AMAZING. She welcomed my daughter and I with a huge smile and a warm hello. We were in town for college visits and chose to spend an extra day so we could have some beach time. While the weather wasn't great to us we enjoyed the time spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. Our room was HUGE and spacious. We greatly appreciated the space to spread out. Everything was clean and stocked. While we know the hotel was busy we heard absolutely no hotel noise in the halls at any time. The kitchen had all the essentials as well as the bathroom. We also loved that we were given passes to use the hotels beach towels- so helpful and appreciated. Breakfast had selections for everyone's taste and was well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

      The shuttle hours should be posted on the booking site. We booked specifically for a free shuttle and couldn’t use it because our flight got in at 9:30 PM. I had to pay $45 for a taxi I wasn’t budgeting for paying. The TV wouldn’t turn off so we had it lighting up the room all night.

      Breakfast was awesome. The hotel was quiet.

      When we arrived, the card keys did not work. I had to make a trip to the front desk to get the door opened. This was after being told staff was up on our floor to assist us get into our room. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I had to call the front desk for clean towels.

      The Elevator didn’t work the entire stay. And the room key didn’t work. If you made it to your room and had to go back every single time because the key was deactivate 2-3 times a day and without the elevators work it was very frustrating…
