The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good and varied a little from day to day. The bed was pretty comfortable. Not hard as a rock, but not overly soft. I would prefer it to be a little softer, but it was good. I didn't wake up and feel like I had slept in concrete.

House is very nice well stocked and nicely furnished. There is plenty of room and the game room downstairs is great for kids and young adults to have a place to enjoy. The upstairs gathering rooms are very comfortable and nice. The views are great and nice accent to the beach and park.

The inside looks just like the pictures and it was very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for 4 people. The neighborhood was very quiet. The air and heat works great. There were plenty of extra supplies so we didn’t run out of anything.

The hot water didn’t get really hot it was more warm. We had to wait at least 30 minutes between each person taking a shower because the water would get cold. The toilets weren’t flushed when we got there.

Paul was very friendly and even offered a free upgrade to our room! Food is great. Very close to our destination. It was like sleeping over at Grandma's place. Being a historic landmark, it smelled of its age. Would recommend it.

We really liked the location as it is very close to our daughter. It has lots of restaurants and Walmart right across the street. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Staff were really nice.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to ask for a broom to clean our room, when we went to the front desk to ask for extra toilet paper, they would only give us one roll at a time( except for the manager of the location; she was great). If you needed a plunger you also had to ask the front desk. I understand that it’s an extended stay and I guess it’s normal to clean your own room, change our own sheets and things but I guess what I’m saying is, that if they want us to do that then they should have the stuff in our rooms so we can. We shouldn’t have to ask the front desk for a broom or plunger. They should be in each room already. We stayed for 2 weeks and our room was supposed to be cleaned once while we were there. However, we were late getting around and when the housekeeper came we asked if she could come back as we were almost done getting ready and wanted to be out of her way. When we came back after being gone till late we noticed our room was never cleaned. My husband and I went to Walmart and bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned our room ourselves from that point on. I am a cleaner myself for an Ivy League College and know it can be a pain adjusting your schedule but it’s not hard.

The hotel location was great. We enjoyed hanging out in the great hall. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and the bartender was very attentive.

Chair placement while eating breakfast,chairs being leaned up against table with two of the four legs sticking out for someone to trip over. my advice is keep them on all four legs until breakfast is over or I see a lawsuit in your future for a tripping hazard and unsafe practices
