Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicLittle overpriced for what you get but if you like glamping like us, you'll be happy. It get very cold in the morning but depends on weather (our visit was end of March).
Beautiful night sky, great friedly stuff and facilities in the reception tent (hot water, espresso in the morning, snack to buy, microwave etc). We loved the fire inside our tent, very cosy.

United States of AmericaIt should have been a lot easier to see pics of what I was trying to book, and that would have saved everyone time and effort. I hope both Booking.com and Under Canvas take a close look at the tent configurations being offered online, and provide better clarity. Initially I booked a Deluxe tent (w/ in-tent) bathroom plus child's tent thinking friends could stay in the latter and we'd all share the bathroom in the Deluxe tent. Then I looked hard on the general Under Canvas website and realized that the configuration would never work - there would be too much unzipping of tents in the middle of the night for a bathroom to be shared. My friends didn't want to walk down to the community bathroom at night because of the cold and (apparently seldom seen) snakes, so we ended up with two Deluxe tents which worked far better. I asked for locations away from the road noise (you can hear nighttime trucks downshift on the highway...) and UC said you can hear that noise anywhere on the property. It wasn't too bad at my tent's location, but my friends said they could hear the trucks - worse was the wind howled and shook their tent so hard the floor rocked at night...
Glamping at Moab was a great way to leave the city and go for nature immersion. The king bed and linens were super comfortable, the in-tent wood burning stove was very cozy (but needs more wood every hour or so to keep burning). The in-tent bathroom was pretty hilarious - you must keep pulling a chain for water to come out of the shower, and continuously press a faucet for sink water - sort of makes you feel like you're earning it! Night sky was beautiful and filled with stars. In the morning, you can take in the morning sunshine on chairs on your tent's porch. The s'mores, coffee bar, board games and cozy fire pit at the 24/7 main tent were a real luxury, and sort of a safe-haven if you wanted to get back to a level of "civilization". The staff were really excellent, congenial, enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, lovely.

CanadaThe road is close and noisy, they offer you ear plugs but it is still very easily heard and it removes you from the nature escape feeling you think you're gonna have at this place. Tents are more tightly packed than the photos let you think. Finally the entry to the site is not identified, hard to spot, not paved, on a 65mph highway exactly where two lanes merge into one, it is VERY sketchy to enter on the site, be careful, especially at night.
A very different and beautiful place. Stars at night are breathtaking. Not too far from Arches and Canyonlands. A 20 min drive from Moab. Staff is friendly and the place offers activities, hot drinks and s'mores for free to enjoy at the very nice public space near the reception. Beds are very comfortable and the tents are well equipped.

United States of AmericaCan't really complain about much. Was as advertised. Glamping at it's finest.
Bed was good, very warm and comfortable even in 45 degree weather. Fire kept us warm. Stars were incredible. Had smores by the campfire, even live music that night.

United States of AmericaWould have been helpful to be able to log into a wifi at the customer service tent. As much as we didn't want to work, we needed to and had to go into town to get it done.
Bed was comfortable, shower was fine, sink and toilet were nice to have also. Noise wasn't to bad. Views were amazing. It was very warm in the tent until about 1am - then slept well.

United States of AmericaThey give you portables chargers to charge your phone but we resorted to charging in reception area. Our USB-C phone charges didn't work with portable chargers.
It's a great glamping spot but probably slightly overpriced. I would have rather stayed a nicer hotel in Moab (town). Mind you, the experience is great - you are far way from Moab, the closet town. You are secluded, quiet and basic amenities are provided. They are very responsive via text if you had questions or needed anything. They have evening activities and nice snacks/drinks options for purchase. Free coffee and tea during the day.

United States of AmericaThe water was very cold in the shower. I didn't like that you had to hold the chain in the shower for water the whole time. So basically, I had one free hand to wash myself and it's not as easy as one would think. The balancing act with the cold water, equaled me washing my face and jumping out. There was also some very noisey guests very early in the morning.
The staff was super helpful and friendly. The views and tents were amazing. The hammocks provided a perfect chill spot.

Netherlandsthe location was near the main road so you could still hear the cars/lorries. The exit you have to take from the motorway in the dark is dangerous. Put on your blinkers to warn other traffic you are taking a hidden 90 degree turn of the motorway without a hard shoulder to protect yourself.
the staff were friendly and helpful. Tent was romantic, fire awesome with plenty of fire-wood. staff would go out of their way to please you. As it was march and cold the staff provided warm water bottles for the night - a thoughtful detail!
