So this was a nice new property BUT the AC did not work on all the 2nd floor rooms and despite knowing that the staff gave us a room on that floor - it was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable for the 1 night stay. It was supposedly working on the other floors but even after changing rooms twice and going to the 3rd floor and waiting like 1 hr for the maintenance person to show up it didn’t work.

The staff ladies were nice but they were surely not very competent with assigning rooms and handling the AC problem - we were there for one night only and we spent about 2 hrs just trying to get a room with a working AC - going up and down multiple times since we were also given keys that didn’t work for the assigned rooms. Overall it could have been handled better with more competency!

Very central location in downtown, safe, super clean and amazing helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was outstanding!! One staff member Christina was invaluable to us - she was so friendly and courteous and helpful and went beyond her duties as staff to greet us each day and make sure that we were having a good time. Our stay was really made special by her!!

The staff was more than amazing, Bernardo & Sara , from the first time they showed interest & caring , they replied immediately and help in every thing The location is city center, the beach and most of attractions are arround and also restaurants and supermarkets also walking distance to avinada de Liberdade luxury shopping street

This was a wonderful central location in Porto and a very clean and comfortable hotel. The best thing was having David at the front desk help us with all our questions regarding parking, laundry place, food etc! He was the most (and only) knowledgeable person out there and made our stay simply wonderful!!

Food at the restaurant was quite awful in taste and quality. The front desk staff other than David was not very knowledgeable about the area or nearby laundry facilities. Some more staff training would be helpful for guests.

Amazing view from an unusually large (1 bed, 2 bathroom) apartment in the most perfect location with outstanding views in Porto. Well appointed with ability to make meals and to enjoy the large apartment. . Have the taxi:Uber drop you off at Porto Cathedral. 2 min walk downhill.

Difficult to use the dresser. Knobs were broken and hard to open. Would be nice if tv was mounted on the wall and a little bigger.
