I had a fantastic experience staying at The Face Platinum Suite in Kuala Lumpur. The highlight was definitely the infinity swimming pool on the rooftop, offering stunning views of the Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, and the vibrant city below. The suite itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and luxurious retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I was truly impressed and would love to return for another memorable visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and panoramic views in Kuala Lumpur.

The apartment could have been more comfortable if there were a proper sofa and dining table such as those shown in the booking.com site. Instead, the sofa was a cheap sofa bed and you can feel the wiry springs when you sit on it. Totally uncomfortable. There was an extendable bed stored in the living room for extra guest, but I did not use it. It just occupies space in the living room, and together with some unpacked stuff there, the apartment looks cheap. The drain from the washing machine smelt unpleasant Then smartTV was useless. No connection to normal TV channels, no subscribed Netflix. I would not mind paying a bit more for better furniture and facilities in the apartment. It has got potential. But if things stay the same, I would surely choose from other offers for my next visit to KL.

Host communications felt pushy and was not well organised. The shared apartment room is pretty small and is not a good deal for the price. The surrounding area feels like being trapped between big highways.

1-The staff was they were like they came from the street just awaiting the payments not caring about the guests. 2-The the total amount showed at the booking not reflecting the reality were instead of paying 800 I pay 1200 approximately. Wich was uncomfortable to me
