Nice location, good value for money. And the best part about it are the people who work there. Very kind, willing to help, starting from the door, front desk, staff at the 15th floor restaurant - everyone is friendly and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Nice mattresses - sleep was great. 😊

Rooms are little tired, in room 801 I could hear sounds and conversations from the room next door through the interconnecting door.

Though the apartments are a tad dated they are located in potentially the best part in town. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and here I have to highlight Suprina Tamag, she went over and beyond to make sure we had the most comfortable stay as we had to evacuate our home due to the recent flooding.

I regret to say that my recent experience at the hotel left much to be desired. Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find that there was no water available. Despite raising this concern promptly, it took two follow-ups and a full hour before the issue was addressed. Such a delay in basic amenities is unacceptable and greatly detracted from my experience. Additionally, I had specifically requested a high-rise room both during the booking process and again at check-in. Unfortunately, it seems that this request was overlooked, as I was not assigned the room type I had asked for. It was disappointing to see that my preferences were not taken into consideration by the staff. Overall, the level of service provided fell far short of expectations. While the hotel may have its merits, these shortcomings significantly marred my stay. I hope that this feedback can serve as constructive criticism for the hotel management to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests.
