They had a couple technology problems, with keys and TV, when we arrived. These were resolved pretty quickly, so no big deal.

Location right outside the town wall. Hotel was clean, modern and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were patient and friendly.

The design of the toilet/ shower configuration was a bit odd and did not provide the best privacy. No free WiFi if using Booking.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a great breakfast for an extra charge. Hotel was in a good location to tour the city. Lots of staff who were friendly. Parking for the hotel worked well if coming by car.

The breakfast was ample (for 15 euros) but for those who only want coffee and a croissant, there was no option.

The room was very comfortable, traveler-friendly, warm and welcoming. The way it's laid out is perfect: shower separated from toilet, and a spacious area around the sink, outside of both shower and toilet. There was room to put luggage and a couch/sitting area with comfy cushions. Huge TV screen, which we didn't use ... but good for people who might want to. Coffee and tea were offered as amenities in the room, and a little plate of sweets was brought to us in the later afternoon. We got there 2 hours early and were checked in right away, with a warm welcome.

Cost of drinks at the bar.

Beds were very comfortable. The drinks at the bar were a bit expensive, but breakfast was excellent. I was very impressed when they offered us a complimentary breakfast to compensate for the fact that the TV’s weren’t working because of a system failure.

Amenities were quite limited, would have appreciated toothbrush kit or slippers. Some parking was free but you had to pay if you couldn't get a spot in the main outdoor lot.

A little expensive compared to other options in the area. The breakfast is 15€ if you pay before, and 20€ if you pay in the day. Having dinner is also overpriced.

The breakfast has a lot of variety, and good quality. The staff is nice, always available and kind. The facilities are very comfortable and the decoration is beautiful. There's an interesting gym, with towels and a possibility of asking for earphones at the reception. We really enjoyed our short stay (2 nights)!

We were on the backside of the hotel and could occassionally hear the passing traffic.

We stayed for one night. The room was new and modern, very clean and loved the shower. The size of the room was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.
