Price high for Lisbon.

Four star properties vary greatly. Santa Justa is a comfortable hotel in a GREAT location. Staff are helpful. We stayed in the 2nd building, not the one with reception. Our room was quiet and had a tiny balcony from which you could see Elevador Santa Justa. Price was high but I would stay here again.

Hotel location is excellent for seeing the centro historic of Lisbon. The street is a pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Helpful and friendly staff.

Everything. Perfect stay. Staff were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We were celebrating a special occasion, and were very, very well looked after. The hotel made our stay extremely memorable and special, and we were extremely grateful. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. All very clean. Perfect location when arriving by metro from airport. Short stroll from Rossio Station. Walking distance from all central tourist attractions. Right beside all public transport to get to any other attractions, including Sintra or Cascais. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was more than amazing, Bernardo & Sara , from the first time they showed interest & caring , they replied immediately and help in every thing The location is city center, the beach and most of attractions are arround and also restaurants and supermarkets also walking distance to avinada de Liberdade luxury shopping street

Actually we were quite happy.

The location of Hotel Santa Justa is great. It really is in the heart of things. The staff is exceptional, helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel isn’t super fancy, but it is beautifully decorated immaculate, and well equipped. The breakfast was a lovely buffet and the restaurant is good for dinner. I’d definitely stay there again

It would be good to be able to get a non-buffet breakfast, but there's plenty of options just outside the hotel

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Amenities were great (including free minibar) and refreshed each day. Central location. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Hugo.

The location was excellent being within a few blocks of both the Santa Justia lift and the Triumphal Arch of Praca do Comercio. In fact you could see both from the corner the hotel resides on. The room we had was quiet despite being on the street and the breakfast was perfect with a good selection of fresh items.

Great location, near shops and restaurants. Easy access to the market, shops, and restaurants. Metro is close by, for those of you that want to travel to Sintra, or commerce plaza to Belem. Nadia, Mariana, Sadrina, Cesar were very professional and made our stay very pleasant. Whenever we had a question, they responded right away. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was amazing, and very filling.

Bathroom shower tile/grout could have been cleaned better.

We arrived early, around 10:30 am and even though checkin was not until 4pm they did accommodate us getting into room early. I also liked having the 24 hour staffing at the desk with English speaking staff. Easy to book airport transport with a couple of options. Excellent location.
