Barn cottage is located 1hr from both Edinburgh & Glasgow, staying here you will feel miles away from urban life, though in reality you are only a few minutes from the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, golf courses, excellent local shops, restaurants & railway stations. The house is an ideal base for family and friends & another bonus its dog friendly! The setting, the spectacular vista & the wildlife is what will draw you in & make you never want to leave. The new, completely refitted kitchen with solid oak worktops, composite sink offers ample storage space and is complimented by modern appliances (electric hob & oven in centre island unit, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, food mixer and CD Radio with iPod dock). The cosy lounge is enhanced by an open fire - bathroom with overbath Mira shower is also on the ground floor. There are two large bedrooms, one with a superking bed and the other having two singles .

Barn cottage is ideally situated for access to Central Scotland and the Highlands with their associated history, historic buildings, food & drink and natural environments which really need exploring further.
