Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  A lovely hotel situated a few hundred yards from Gloucester Road station and ideally situated for the museums. We had a lovely room with a huge bed. Definitely stay here again

  Location was good; close to amenities. Quiet at night. Plenty of natural light from windows on both sides. Shower was very good.

  Low doorways - tassels in doorways would have been useful to help avoid collisions. Could have done with more clothes storage space- wardrobe was already filled with bedding. No cafetière provided. Crockery was not suitable for putting in microwave so some dishes that were m/wave safe would be useful. Car space was very small, no use for anything other than a small car.

  The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff pafticularly helpful.

  The room was definitely in need of an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows too hard with no alternative options. The bathroom tilez were badly stained and no amenities were provided. The place can do with soundproofing.

  Location, just 10 min by foot to the old city, the host seemed friendly.

  It said private bathroom, maybe it was but that bathroom wasn't connected to the sleeping room. so one has to walk through the entry hall to get to the toilet. Beds were too hard window was blocked so wasn't able to open it and terperature in the room was too high to sleep comfortably everything seemed a little outdated.

  The location of the hotel was very good! Near Westfield and the tube!

  The water pressure in our first room was so bad! And the aircon wasn’t strong making the room very warm and stuffy. Requested for a room change. Water pressure in the new room was better but aircon still wasn’t strong. The cooler fan provided help a bit.
