The location is perfect. Close enough to anything that you’d need. The room size is brilliant and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of place to store your clothes and lots of space for toiletries etc. Having a fridge and microwave was really helpful as well. The pool area was really lovely too! The shuttle buses to Disney were also good although we did have one problem but that was not the fault of the Avanti!

The floors get very dirty and we spent most nights cleaning our feet before bed. Housekeeping work hard but wish they have a hoover as well as a mop. The hotel is like a motel and can be very noisy with other guests outside the room. We had a few nights where I had to go and ask for people to move away from our door if they were going to continue to be so noisy at gone midnight. The pool is also open until 11pm so whilst it was lovely having a pool view, there was no chance of an early night which isn’t ideal with children.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. A very short drive from the airport, so convenient after the long flight. Jenny the manager was so friendly, a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices. Just a minutes walk and there was a lovely view across the bay.

There is no lift to the first floor. It really didn't bother us but worth mentioning. I'm sure Jenny would give anyone not able to cope with the stairs a ground floor room.

Old, charming hotel—that was the reason we booked there. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the view was beautiful. We loved the look and the setting of the place!

There was a funny and very loud bird singing on the top of his lunges the whole night what kept me from sleeping. But that was the fun part, a little concerning is the moldy smell which seems to be in the furniture and in the house. And there is nothing really drying, (beach stuff) - because it’s an island, so maybe that’s nothing you can avoid, when you live there.

Lobby of the entrance was very poorly managed. There were so many people there who were not staying at the hotel, but were rather having a party gathering of some sort. It was super loud and there was no staff meeting guests. Also, there is no free coffee and there isn’t a proper breakfast restaurant onsite.
