Positive section of review
I liked the cocktails, breakfast and snacks. The robot check in assistants were dressed in raincoats on the day we left as it was the start of the rainy season. Really close to one station and family mart. Easy to store luggage on the day if check in and check out. Overall great experience.

Communal area with washing machines and free coffee. Very clean, staff helpful. Stored luggage for us. Very close to metro Next door to 7-eleven

Minor points, but had to wait for washing machine as someone didn't collect theirs for hours. Another hotel had a system where you put your room number on a board so they could try and contact you (if you were in). Also this was the only hotel we stayed in that didn't seem to have umbrellas to borrow.

the location and the building were great. Bath products are re-filled everyday and room cleaning is available on demand everyday.

Room was very little. Our big luggages pretty much occupied 90% of the walkable ground. For 100€ a nigh, with japanese prices, I'd have expected a bit more.

The location was great in Gion.

There was no service after 11 o'clock, so we couldn't ask the reception any questions about bicycles. However, I appreciated the reception's assistance during our check-in via the booking app. They stayed an extra 10 minutes past the scheduled time to ensure we could check in smoothly.
