We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo breakfast Door didn't lock when leaving. Found out last day of stay. They offered to change my room I just used dead bolt was leaving in morning. The motel just needs some upkeep. But I couldn't have a better location for my activities and the price was good.

Moved to a double queen room at no extra cost, which was nice. But food left in mini fridge had not been cleaned out, otherwise room was clean. No toiletries other than soap. Coffee in lobby, but no breakfast.
Convenient location near I-10 and not far from downtown. Reasonable price. Room has microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, hairdryer. Mattress was soft, but comfortable. Within walking distance to the Starbucks in the Safeway grocery store.
