We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was no breakfast at all. The window in our room had a large crack from one side to the other. Door key did not work the second day, the desk person said it was not a big deal, that happens all the time. No coffee maker in the room, had to go to the lobby area- coffee was aweful, and only served powdered creamer- such poor quality. We are going back to Willcox in the Fall for another wine festival, but we will not be staying here.
The location suited our needs, close to the festival we were working at.

United States of AmericaThe layout was such that we were not able to park close to the stairs up to our room and couldn't see our vehicle from our window. The door to the room seemed damaged and was very difficult to open. Though not the fault of the hotel, I was woken up by a man in the room next door yelling profanity around midnight - could not tell if it was directed at another person or at a dog - I also heard a dog whimpering. It made me feel uncertain about our safety and the safety of the people/pet next door. I also heard the man yelling again early in the morning.
Room was adequate and comfortable with mini fridge and microwave.

Attempted a 2d time; room was occupied, although the desk clerk was unaware or denied that possibility. Was dismissive of muy inability to access the room, or that it could be occupied.. Requested a refund. Desk clerk was indignant and balked at the refund.
