F.G.R. real estate srl is the company that deals with accommodation facilities. The company structure is strictly family, therefore our guests will easily have direct contact. Currently in Trapani we have been managing the "elegante & romantico" holiday homes since 2017 and since 2020 the houses holidays "Residenze Trapanesi", both owned by the company that has also taken care of the renovation. We want to host, in a simple way, giving maximum autonomy to our customers, and at the same time attentive and available to needs during their stay.

Property info

mansion of 1934 renovated in 2019 and entirely used as "holiday homes". The renovation has privileged, when possible, the ancient architecture. Large vaulted roofs with "visible" tuff of Favignana, valuable "original" decorated floors (in some apartments) will revive the atmosphere of the ancient Trapani residences of the early twentieth century. The structure has air-conditioned single and double rooms, with kitchenettes in separate rooms, private bathrooms. The furnishings are sober and essential. The kitchens have a double ceramic plate; microwave. ; fridge (no freezer); kettle. The handcrafted stone washbasin inspired by the ancient "Sicilian lemmas" gives a striking singular note. Attention has been paid to the environmental impact: a valid solar / electric hot water system; The lighting of entrance halls and stairs with sensor systems; electric independence of each individual apartment with personal key; personalized air conditioning for each unit.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in a strategic position. 130 meters from the free beach and 150 meters from the equipped beach (lido paradiso) allow you to "get in costume". Parking all around and just 150 meters from the large public parking in Piazza Vittorio with rates of 10cent / now, they allow easy management of the car. Within 200 meters you will find restaurants, bars, banks, tim-stores. supermarket at 500 meters. Just 5 minutes on foot and 600 meters away "the realm of nightlife" begins via Garibaldi, via Torrearsa, Corso Vittorio. The multi-storey car park is 750 meters away. to visit the "other" beaches of Trapani.
