We are a family run business and have lived in Kent for over 20 years. Canterbury is a very special place and we would be thrilled to host you during your stay. We will endeavour to do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Property information

This stylish 3-bedroom property sits in a private gated close and enjoys an enviable location just five minutes' walk from the city centre. The open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is spacious and modern, and there are three generous sized bedrooms upstairs (1 King / Twin, 1 Twin / King and 1 Single). The cosy courtyard garden with its outside seating is perfect for an al fresco breakfast or evening tipple, and there is secure parking for one car. The Chaucer has complimentary Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a Ring doorbell for your security. All sheets, bedding and towels provided.

Neighbourhood information

The location of our property is excellent for central Canterbury. The High street with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops is just a five minute walk away. Our property has a large supermarket (Waitrose) a few minutes' walk away. Despite its close proximity to services, the location benefits from being quiet as it sits in a private gated cul de sac.
