Breakfast was reasonable although some ingredients could have been kept a bit more fresh. The scrambled egg had congealed after 1 hour and where were the fried eggs?

Ebenezer's Place, hotel in Broadstairs

Located in Broadstairs, 60 metres from Viking Bay Beach and 2.3 km from Joss Bay, Ebenezer's Place provides accommodation with free WiFi and a bar.

Literally minutes away from the coast. Very close to a range of places to eat. Love the individual features of each bedroom with a coffee machine and personal touches. I stayed in the Victorian and loved my bath tub! The service has been exceptional, my breakfast order was taken each day, cooked to perfection. Loved that they also served cocktails in the evening which is a quieter alternative to a noisy pub. Also loved that they supported local artists and bought a couple of artworks to take back with me. The service felt very personalised. I felt looked after and came away feeling rested.

Really pretty, lovely clean sandy beaches.

Really pretty, lovely clean sandy beaches. A small seaside town with only a small shopping area with small independent stores. Some nice restaurants. As with many seaside towns there are some closed down shops and more maintenance needed in places, a little jaded in parts. However the main town Beach, Viking Bay is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. Residents were friendly and it felt safe.

Do not visit in the winter or when it is raining. The menu is very limited at weekends and if there is a function at the time of visit, you can forget about any available facilities in the hotel. We booked tea for one evening and this was extremely disappointing for the amount of money charged.

good location near beach and over looking sea , although our room had no view. Lovely coastal walk , went in winter I guess- march , but still a lovely walk and we were lucky with the bright days .lunch was lovely as was breakfast. Staff very accommodating and attentive, nice bar area to chill in the evening. Room above woke us at 5am as floor boards very creaky but bed was comfortable

There are lots of independent cafés, restaurants and shops, beautiful sandy beach. It’s easy to visit nearby coastal towns like Margate where you can visit the Turner Contemporary - highly recommended.

Been scores of times over my life - this was the first long weekend to see relatives who now live in Broadstairs - it's a beautiful English seaside town with tons of history and the best beaches, I think, in the south of England - wonderful for summer swimming (especially stone bay). has a great community feel, good restaurants and pubs and is wonderful for kids and oldies alike.

we had a stake evening meal meal that was expensive and was a small portion for the price the cooked for was OK but not what i was expecting from what is presumed to be a high class hotel that fell well short of expectations. i would NOT stay there again mainly because there is NO parking at the hotel and it made exploring the area not some to do as you would not know where you could park the car when returning.

No breakfast as expected. Excellent facilities in property. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Extremely beneficial location: minutes walk to beach, quay and town. Excellent security behind key pad entry. Dog friendly in small courtyard. Free parking along Eastern Esplanade again just a few minutes walk away. Owners giving excellent details of facilities and available for telephone advice when needed. Will visit again!

From housekeeping, through to the bar, restaurant , reception and spa staff all were courteous and efficient. Restaurant food was first class and our room was extremely comfortable. An added touch was some complimentary biscuits as well as hot chocolate in addition to the usual tea and coffee. Hotel is only a 6 or 7 minute walk to Broadstairs seafront.

Only a one night stay but everything we needed - very comfortable, clean, kitchen with plenty of stuff to make tea, coffee, toast etc and a warm welcome from Annette. Parking space in front of the building. Only five minutes walk from the bandstand on the front. Would highly recommend the apartment

Our room 601 was at the top of the hotel with a glass turret providing excellent views. It is very spacious for 2 adults, probably less so with 4 people. Breakfasts were great; and Botany Bay provides a sandy beach, 2-3 miles walking distance from 2 large resorts, Broadstairs and Margate.
