No clothes dryer but the sun dried up our clothes in 2 hrs. So all good.

Everything is perfect! For the price paid, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, fruit basket, welcome snacks and basic cooking ingredients all found in the pantry. The mattresses and pillows were the best after overnight in 4 accommodations here in Crete. Love this place! Definitely exceeded my expectation!

You'll need to park your car at one of several lots within 3 minutes walk of the flat but that's the case for anything in the old town area. we ened up using a paid lot ($15/day) because it was closest and saved my mom some steps but you can find parking out at some lots a few mins further walk away toward the water. Your host will send you links closer to your check in. While the TVs are surely functional i would say they were a bit small for the distance they are mounted from the place you'd want to watch from (couch or bed).

Beautifully remodeled old greek building in the old town. Well appointed, 2 baths, big new comfortable beds. Functional well appointed kitchen. Great location 4 mins walk from the bustle of old town restaurants and shops. 3 minutes to the water and fortezza. Extremely pleased with the flats and value for money. Note that this is a 1 bedroom apartment with a fold out couch for a 2nd person. i'd probably not choose this for 2 sets of adults but for a family with young kids it works well. Or quite luxurious for a couple. Very responsive host.

I loved every single bit about this accomodation.

This suite is one of the perfect and pleasant one in all my trips to Greece. The place was very thoughtfully decorated with elegant decor and lighting style. It really like home, even though for one day. We wanted to prolong our stay at Philikon, Rethymno, however it was a short trip this time. We are planning to stay for a longer duration on our next visit! I wanna thank the host from the bottom of my heart! Until next time!

I simply can't find anything negative to say about this property.

We stayed in a ground-floor suite. An exceptional suite - beautiful interior design of traditional mixed with modern and an extremely comfortable bed and lounge area. Two bathrooms with 3 showers!!! There's also an impressive selection of appliances and equipment like washing machine and dishwasher. I especially love the attention to detail like the cupboards stocked with everything from different types of coffee and their various machines to a bowl of fresh fruit and raki waiting to welcome you! Love the beautiful courtyard outside with swing and tables, which makes you feel private and safe. Fantastic location only a 2-minute walk from the free parking area and 3-minute walk into the heart of the old town or the port. We have stayed in various luxury rooms/suites in the old town, and this is definitely up there with the best of them. Highly recommended!

there is no free parking near by , and nearest one is Rethymno port parking which is 17 mins walk; however there is a paid parking nearby which is a bit expensive

the place was nice and clean and quite spacious for a family of three; there are two bathrooms which is advantageous to get ready; they replaced the towels promptly and a modular kitchen with accessories is quite comfy to make breakfast/dinner;

Broadband connection was very unreliable, so Netflix didn't work. Pillows were very high, and it would be nice to have a flatter option. Everything else was perfect!

We loved this spacious accommodation with the shared outdoor courtyard and its perfect location in the old town. Extremely comfortable living area with a full kitchen if you fancied cooking but with so many excellent cafes/ tavernas/ restaurants so close by we never did. Christos provided a detailed whatsapp guide to Rethymno and quickly answered any queries. We loved Phylikon Suites and can’t wait to stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing. The architecture and attention to detail was top notch. Everything you could need to actually live here! The owner/contact was very helpful after booking, lots of emails to help and comfort knowing you could contact someone if needed. Set in the little streets of the old town, nice quiet area, short walk to free car park and not far from fort and harbour front. Would recommend to anyone, really nice, thankyou!
