Location was fantastic, right across from the beautiful sea, and access to several small beaches that I had to myself. The hosts are so kind and so helpful. I don’t even know where to begin. They feel like you were with family and make you feel very welcome and taken care of. my room was clean, had everything I needed, including a mini kitchen, and I was able to enjoy many meals on my balcony with a view of the sea. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub, which was not ready yet as I came before the real vacation season began, but nonetheless, I enjoyed sitting out in the sun by the pool and beautiful snack bar area. It is just a two minute walk to several great tavernas. Laundry is provided if needed for an extra cost as well as brought to your room.

Very nice layout and it is equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms. And that there were balconies as well. The bedrooms are facing the inner yard which makes them really quiet. The host was really responsive and was there to answer our questions. There is a nice grocery store just 1 minute walk from the apartment building. We really enjoyed our stay. Would come back here for sure.

It’s just a think to keep in mind. If you come to the property from the Omonia or Victoria station make sure that you use the 3rd September street.

The price was great, and the apartment was clean and functional. Plenty of towels and nice bedding.There is an outdoor space with a view of the sky. Not too far from downtown Athens - about 20 to 25 minutes walking distance to the city center, the Acropolis or Syntagma Square. Zoe was friendly over the phone.

We had difficulty with the door code upon arrival. There were no instructions about using a card to turn on the electricity or how to operate the appliances. The stove and coffee pot were difficult to use. An instruction sheet would have been helpful. The wifi was not operational for the majority of our 6 - day stay, and we were not notified when it was finally turned on.. The patio was not very comfortable with only 2 old metal and wicker chairs and a table surrounded by 6 meter high concrete walls.

We enjoyed every moment, the property is huge, 4 floors with pool, playstation, snooker, great kitchen and elevator. We stayed there 8 people that every couple got a great room. Guita and her family were great hosts and answered all our questions and requests. Highlly recomended!

The location might be complicated as it by car driving- 20-30 min fron central Athens, 10-15 min from the closest beach, 5 min from a big supermarket. If you will rent a car it would be very easy and highlly recomended!

This is the second time staying here and on both occasions we had items of value gone missing in the lobby . 1st time our iPhone went missing and this stay , my entire backpack with I pods, $450 in euros and a bottle of expensive cologne was never brought up to our room with our luggage
