Everything was fabulous. Was able to have our room early & was greeted by a lovely lady who gave us a choice of rooms as well as a map & local knowledge . We had a tiny balcony but still enjoyed sitting outside looking down into the street

Location is in the very center of old town nearby all attractions, restaurants and shop, nevertheless it is also very quiet and you can enjoy a confortable and relaxing experience. The host is very gentle and provides you with all information you need for a great stay in Rethymno. Rooms are very nice and you can also enjoy a terrace.

The location was amazing as it was super central, like you can’t get any more central in the old town! Super close to everything on foot, and if you’re a tourist you will love it :-) The host (mother and daughter) are extremely warm and accomodating, especially when it came to helping me lug up my super heavy suitcase up the stairs!

I liked everything about it! The location, the architecture, how well maintained it is even though I know the place is quite old, and I love the whole concept of city names on the doors! I liked the little balcony that my room had and the AC was indeed much needed during summer! Friendly and helpful management as well, and very clean rooms! We had a wonderful stay with Yota this week at Loggia Suites. She was a wonderful host who gave us a really friendly welcome. The apartment gave us everything and we will certainly book again.

insignificant, but shower is a bit small and floor gets wet after every shower, but it is manageable, and good that there is a wiper, so you could wipe after yourself. Maybe curtain would help.

Keep in mind, that there are two locations of these apartments, both next to each other (100 meters, one is near Rimondi hotel, other is near the Church), so experience may vary depending on location. Because we stayed in second location, next to the church, so I would speak about this. So, location is perfect in old town, it’s near everything, fortezza, venetian fountain, restaurants, and all the action, but also, the apartment is at the part of street which is very quiet. The windows in the apartment, when closed, are with VERY good sound isolation, so you do not hear loud tourist or locals at evening and night. Unfortunately, the sound of bells from the church, will not be isolated, I do not know, if every sunday at 7 am, bells are ringing, but we stayed during the holy days ( I think it was pentecost, and vespers, so 3 days there was bells, because of that), but for us, it wasn’t much of a problem, since we are used to wake up early. Of course, it is not Hotel owners responsibility or that they could do anything about that, just don’t be surprised and keep in mind that it could happen, but it is charms of living in old town, so take it or leave it. On the other hand, the apartment is new and beautiful, it was very clean and cleaned every day, aircon good, kitchen is small, but well and enough equipped, if you would like to cook for yourself. Maybe I missed a larger chef knife, but that’s such a small thing and only my preference. There is also a nice small terrace on the 3rd floor, for hotel guests. there is an iron and iron board, hairdryer, washing machine etc, so fully equipped apartment to have comfortable and nice stay in Rethymno. there is no car parking, but you could park the car near the bus station for free (~700meters). we really enjoyed our stay here and I would book this hotel again if I retraveled here. Although beautiful, our room (105) was smaller than expected from the photos we saw when booking and a little cramped. The bed was the hardest we have slept on (and I generally like a firmer bed) BUT when we mentioned this to the owner she offered to put a padded cover on it for the next night and this did help. There is no parking near the hotel in summer, which definitely makes it a much nicer place to stay, but does mean unloading and finding a parking spot can be a bit tricky. . The owner's instructions were helpful, however.

Fantastic location in Rethymno old town, beautiful old building imaginatively restored including roof terrace, friendly, helpful and responsive owner, good communication and instructions for parking and entry, clean, well-equipped room.

Perfect location in the Old Town of Rethymno, the same time very quiet. Nice and cozy suit, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Easy and quick check in. The owner was very polite and helpful with all information we needed. Welcome drink Rakia was a bonus. I recommend that place.
