My partner & I spent Christmas 2023 here. Communication with the host was great and they had anticipated our every need. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, with wine, sweets, cookies, and chocolate laid out for us. The lemon tree outside was heavy with ripe lemons, which we made use of every day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and the house itself beautifully decorated and cosy. The location is nice and quiet, and within walking distance to everywhere. We had hired a car and parking was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is absolutely clean and very modern/stylish with all essentials in order. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and location was fab, quiet but very close to the old city of Nafplio, just ideal for anyone looking for a central base for exploring also the nearby attractions like old Tiryns, the Palamidi castle, etc. or the beautiful little seaside villages. Big comfy beds and a lovely hot shower with all amenities needed. The kitchen is also equipped with all the items you’d need should you feel like cooking and all very clean and well presented. Added bonuses with the tea and Nespresso coffee and homemade jam! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend, especially to families, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Nafplio! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our text messages. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The check-in process was excellent – you can access the home using a code, meaning you can check in whenever suits you. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely be recommending this place to friends/family!

Our host was really helpful and friendly. Everything was waiting for us at the property, full fridge with food and beverages, everything from A/C, dishwasher, TVs etc was working perfectly. We played pool, fired up barbecue grill as well and in the end perfect pool in front managed to cool us during evenings/mornings. Would recommend the villa 💯, as our stay there was nothing more than exceptional 🌴

I don’t easily give the perfect 10, but this one sure meets this standard, bravo to this new listing. it exceeded in every part, specially after a 10 day trip with 8 different places and 7 hard/worn mattresses or bad pillows in all other places in the Peloponnese! It’s almost like coming “home” for a 2 person stay. The host is lovely, the room is cosy, homey, beautiful , quiet, clean big and has a couch, kitchen and outdoors terrace plus airco and blinders. Secure parking too and a fantastic bakery/ice cream place nearby (see below) Fantastic comfortable beds are a big winner! What3words location is : welfare.dust.escapes. Use this and you will find it just behind the open big gate! Booking should give that option as navigation, because it is much more precise than any other form of navigation. Or write it on the website/confirmation email The other helpful comment, regarding this, is that there is no indication AT the gate that Animus Premium is located here? Make a beautiful name printed on the wall or gate to make it obvious (also in the dark) The inevitable: It is not inside the city, it’s not a lively neighbourhood (big houses in a quiet outdoor area) but you know this before you book, because otherwise you go for the more expensive old town locations anyway? So, it’s perfectly quiet and safe for your car and other items. The last 300 meters is not the prettiest or smoothest road, but hopefully one day the city will update this? It’s a 3 minutes “sneaky shortcut drive” by car from “Kosmos”, a fantastic place for breakfast/lunch/cakes & ice cream 😇 It’s 7 minute drive to the free city parking areas of old town, or to any restaurant in downtown including to the one which was perfectly recommended by her (Sorry, I forgot the name, but I would not have found this place but great food!) I would love to come again one day!

We came to see a performance at the ancient theater of Epidaurus which is located only 30 minutes away. The city of Nafplio is also close. You can see the fortress of Palamidi from here and it only takes a 20 minute drive to reach it. The facility is very well kept and the pool is large and clean. The property was so beautiful and peaceful, and I actually extended my stay. I was here alone, and was doing uni work, so really nice place to focus and study. Good location, could walk to a number of places and beaches, and I rented a bike for cheap from Gina to explore more. I definitely recommend staying!! It has a warmth that you hardly find. The huge bathroom with the amazing shower was incredible. Cleanliness is above 10/10, staff always smiley and ready to help with everything. Breakfast was just AMAZING, you could see that there was a real effort in its preparation and everything was freshly made the same morning. Location-wise, it is located in the best spot in the city. You don't want to miss this one.

The villas are really nice and look as newly built/refurbished. Quiet and calm area. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The family in charge is very nice and gentle, helped us even when a bee bite us! Very good value for money.
