The owner (an architect) and his wife designed and built the building themselves and have great pride in looking after it and welcoming you personally into the villa. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from every window. There are lots of different areas to sit during the day, depending on the sun and shade. The pool was amazing and someone came to clean it everyday.

Everything! A very contemporary and well-furnished villa which had Greek charm with modern facilities. There is everything you need to cook at the villa, BBQ and it’s only a very short walk to the local restaurants; in fact there’s a stunning beach bar literally meters away which serves food with amazing views. it’s absolutely perfect and so well maintained. Andrea and Elena who own the property are absolutely amazing and will do anything for you. My little boy needed medical attention on the first night at midnight. which they were happy to assist with. The pool is cleaned regularly and the villa is cleaned half-way through your stay. The beach is close and there are local supermarkets nearby. We came as a family of 7 and couldn’t have asked for anymore. Absolutely stunning views and location is perfect; the hot tub is a bonus! There is a port nearby where you can get a ferry over to islands and there is a water park too. Couldn’t rate this villa more!

Loved the traditional character features. Amazing garden to enjoy with numerous seating places and fabulous views. Excellent location with just a ten minute walk into the village but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Great access to the local bus going to Kos town or the airport bus just outside on the road. Due to flight delays we arrived hours later than expected but the owners still welcomed us at 1am and also came out to see us off the following morning. This is a delightful place to stay and I really hope that it will be available when I want to come again. I will definitely book extra nights to just enjoy being there.
