I marked facilities down as there is clear sign of electrical burning on the room electrical breakers and an unusedway was left uncovered this is a saftey hazard. That aside the staff were excelant, room was very conviently located at the harbour and it was clean and tidy. stayed one night as arrived after the last ferry.

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately.
The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror.
The room was very new and well-designed.
Breakfast had so many options.
Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

A pleasant seaside village but with more and more 'all -inclusive resorts' encroaching all the time. The locals still offer traditional shops and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
The port offers regular ferries to Pothia on Kalymnos, so if you fancy a change of island it's easily done.

Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place.
Proper Greek village, not just a holiday place. Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and bars, mostly overlooking the sea. Huge sandy beach which is never crowded. Half Time pool bar on the edge of the village is great if you want a change from the beach, or watch some sport. Good size pool. Great place for a relaxing holiday with very friendly people.

Nice, small village, quiet, with shops, markets with fresh goods, restaurants and cafes. It is great to sit and drink frape while looking at the sea :) You´ll find a typical greek cuisine as well as the "european" one here. As it is a small place, it is very easy to get around. Sometimes due to the northern winds the beach can be pretty windy, there are buses to the south or a car rental. The best place for a trip to Kalymnos island. Mastichari is for the greek lovers :)

Tiny resort but a great beach, pale soft sand, and some decent places to eat. Looks a bit tired in parts.
Apparently it’s often windy on the north side of the island, so sea was quite rough, but as we went late April we probably saw it at its worst.
Really close to the airport so nice quick transfer & we didn’t notice the planes at all during our stay.
Also only 15/20 mins drive to Antimachia Castle and other beaches.
We spent 2 nights here and it was enough as the weather wasn’t nice enough to sunbathe so we moved around the island.

Lovely sleepy fishing town turned mini tourist village without being too touristy. Beach was full of seaweed but not sure if that was a symptom of the end of the season. The bars and restaurants along the beach were lovely, and the little lanes of shops too.

Mastichari was a short ride by public bus from the Horizon Beach Resort where we were staying. The little town has souvenir shops and a very nice beach. It is a pleasant place to have a drink in one of the taverns along the beach.
few minutes walking distance from Mastichari Beach, bus stop, marina and restaurants, food store you can see from terrace. good WiFi, air conditioning, a terrace, every door have protecting mosquitoes net . everything was there what we needed only two things where missing flour brush and scoop :) and chopping board :) , no problem as it brand new renovated house. For those who don‘t like the sea, there is a place with a pool and restaurant right next to the building ( must ask before entering). Friendly Greek owner who speaks English.
Nice quiet location with lovely sea view as promised. Lovey room which was well furnished and modernised to a very good standard (which is sometimes hard to find in Kos). Spotlessly clean and nice little touches like some fresh flowers. Very close to beach and restaurants etc.
Will definitely be staying again as we pass through Kos quite a lot.
We spoke to the owner and the lady who did the cleaning and both were very friendly and helpful.
The beach was fantastic, sandy, clear water, beautiful view. The food buffet was just amazing, especially considering the very large number of people being served, huge selection and very well prepared. The gardens were very well maintained. The hotel is not far from the airport (10 or 15 minute ride by taxi), but there was no problem with airplane noise. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Everything was perfect. Amazing host, wonderful appartments, lovely people all around. Close to the beach, close to the center of the village, nice bar on the place. I will definitely go back for a longer time. Was one of the bests accomodations ever. Thank you for making the time in Mastichari so wonderful.
Fantastic location with private beach. Within walking distance to the bus stop and Kalymnos ferry in Mastichari. Great for people without car. If you looking for quiet, relaxing place, stop looking. All inclusive is obviously a bonus. Dark skies. Beautiful views.
The apartment is spacious, brand new and very clean. Zoe and Nikos (the owners) are very friendly and helpful. The location in the middle of Kos allows you to explore all the beaches of the island. Highly recommended for relaxing holidays!
Wonderful views from the restaurant & bar and most rooms.
Attractive layout to the hotel, 3 pools, right on a small beach.
Great choice buffet breakfast. Also good at dinner, if you have to stay in. Friendly staff.
Great hosts and a great villa. Spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. Great outside area and pool. Vivi and Takis made sure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend them to anybody coming to Kos!
the attention that a very good staff had with us. the hotel facilities, the food, their access to the beach, but most importantly the service they have is very unique and makes your stay unique in Kos.
Very convenient location for beach and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well and there were excellent views from our balcony. The sunsets viewed from the balcony were memorable.
The place was really good, right next to the kitesurfing club and the beach, and the boat for the best climbing island in the world, kalymnos, highly recommend, the staff was amazing 🤩
I stayed there in mid-April and it was really quiet, it only takes a few minutes walk to the beach and bars. Sokratis is a very helpful host and serves good breakfast!
