Beautiful hotel in lovely setting with hot spring swimming pools. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Packed lunches are also available. The hotel was amazing. It exceeded our expectations a lot as it turned out to be an actual 5-star level with outstanding service, super helpful and professional staff, two really good restaurants, especially the sushi bar). Everything from furniture to food at breakfast is of great quality and up to the highest standards (and we are quite well-traveled and not easy to impress). But most importantly, the amazing Terra Nostra Garden with its thermal pools is exclusively reserved for hotel guests from 4:30 pm to 10:30 am. Which means you can calmly explore the garden with no crowds as if's was only yours. This was probably our favorite experience in the Azores. Will definitely return again.

The swimming pool and spa were amazing and we enjoyed the restaurants a lot.

Breakfast is available daily at SENSI Azores Nature and SPA. All was excellent. The location was charming and in the middle of nature, the view is gorgeous, and the ambience very relaxing. Would definitely go again.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a concierge service and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was lovely and the Prime Villa is the way to go. The apartment is on top of the main building with a spectacular, unobstructed view. We enjoyed the hot tub and resting on the lounge chairs. The unit was extremely clean and housekeeping came daily. The breakfast was wonderful - yes, it's the same menu every day but there are so many choices that you don't get bored. Plus, they serve fresh muffins every morning that are varied each day. The smoothies also change each day. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. A wonderful stay.

Guests at Alto do Forte can work out in the fitness room or relax in the spa and wellness centre, fitted with a sauna and a hammam. Kids pool is also available at the accommodation, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. everything was good and staff was superhelpful and nice

This recently renovated apartment is located 18 km from Lagoa do Congro and 24 km from Pico do Ferro. The property is non-smoking and is located 30 km from Fumarolas. the property was clean, spacious and the owner was very helpful. it had all you need and more. me and my family were really amazed. parking was always available on the street. i reccommend it to everyone.
