A wide range of beauty treatments and massages are available. Very nice building and nice rooms. We got a room with lake and mountain view it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The view of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains is unbeatable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the spacious junior suite and restaurants was equally pleasing.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. The property was very homely, by this I mean it’s almost as if the owners see the property as more than an income and as they designed the place they thought to themselves “what is paradise?” and built around that idea, I was in love with the place, honestly. I made that jacuzzi my home😂😂

The spa area includes an indoor infinity-edge pool and a fitness room. Massages are available on request, also in the rooms. I had a wonderful stay at the property there was soo much attention to detail and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests

With staff speaking German, English, Spanish and French, advice is available at the reception. this is a beautiful and comfy hotel with a lovely garden for drinks or meals. Beyond the usual amenaties at a 5 star hotel like great beds, beautiful room, we loved the attention to detail such as: chocolate welcome gift, daily water, light dimmer in the bathroom so it can be soothing at night (my own bugbear), a heated mirror in the bathroom that gave a small clear square after showering. we chose a balcony room facing the lake, on the second floor. stunning views!

A terrace with tent-umbrellas for breakfast, lunch or cocktails/ aperitif is divine. And the bedroom en-suite is luxurious, awesome bathroom / shower, linens/bedding super comfortable.

On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. everything was amazing next time i will be there again.
