The stuff was amazing. Everybody was super helpful and kind. If you forgot something, the staff gave it to you or told you the best possible way to get what you needed. We got a metro ticket for free, and with that, we had more discounts for entries in the city. The breakfast was delicious, too.

Modern, spacious and clean room, with the best sound proofed windows I have come across, the hotel is well located within easy walking distance of most places of interest & an easy bus ride from the train station. The buffet breakfast was good & the staff I dealt with were friendly (the lady at reception when I checked in was lovely)

Very nice hotel in a great location, everything that you need is in close proximity. The staff was very nice and we even received a free upgrade to a room with a lake view. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was quite nice as well. We also had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was very tasty.

The hotel and the staff, everything is absolutely fabulous. Will come back again! It is one of the best hotel experience I have had so far. We were amazed with room and all the tailor made equipment for kids and our dog, everything was waiting for us in advance. Spacious and beautiful room. Staff is unbelievably pleasant, kind and helpful. During the breakfast it was so calm and quiet even there was lot of people. The energy and atmosphere is absolutely divine. Not to mention gardens around, spa, everything is 5 stars and more.

The oulook is historical but inside is quite contemporary. (May be some people may feel too "modern"?) Stayed in the junior suite with extra bed. Room was spacious. Facilities were modern and clean. Nice restaurant with lake view. Indeed quite relaxing/

Very close to the train station. Good value of money. I think one doesnt stay here for luxury, but rater for the affordability. My room was spacious and the high ceiling made it look even bigger. Bathroom was cleaned each day. Did not use the kitchen besides making a cup of tea. I manage to break the water caraf by accident and the administrator was kind to not make me pay for it.
