Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Just writing another review because I ended up booking this hotel again. We originally were going to stay for 1 night here, but it ended up being 2 nights and it was great! Thank you to the helpful staff of this hotel! And thank you for giving us chocolates!

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. I was impressed by the design of the loft. Although it can be quite cramp for a group of 4, we learnt how to manouveur our way around so it wasn't a problem after 10 minutes into entering the room. The staff were so friendly. The balcony had an amazing view of village. 10/10 will recommend.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. Really nice place to stay, clean, safe and good breakfast!!

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... The room had a great view which allowed us to see the Matterhorn as well as nearby mountains. The check-in staff ( Karen) was responsible for upgrading our room so that we had such visibility from our balcony. Karen also accommodated us by keeping our luggage since we arrived early. We travelled to 5 cities in Switzerland as a party of 4. We all agreed that our stay in Zermatt at Hotel Arcxa Soilebad & Spa was our favorite!

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Everything. After a long day in the Mattherhorn, when we entered the room we noticed a fireplace video on the tv. It was a great detail!
