I was impressed by the design of the loft. Although it can be quite cramp for a group of 4, we learnt how to manouveur our way around so it wasn't a problem after 10 minutes into entering the room. The staff were so friendly. The balcony had an amazing view of village. 10/10 will recommend.

The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

The room had a great view which allowed us to see the Matterhorn as well as nearby mountains. The check-in staff ( Karen) was responsible for upgrading our room so that we had such visibility from our balcony. Karen also accommodated us by keeping our luggage since we arrived early. We travelled to 5 cities in Switzerland as a party of 4. We all agreed that our stay in Zermatt at Hotel Arcxa Soilebad & Spa was our favorite!
