However, the best thing about the hotel was the staff's hospitality to tourists. As a result, I have good memories of staying at Geiranger. I highly recommend it!

It is a camping area with facilities for Camper Vans however they have cottages too which are suitable for families traveling by car & in need of house with kitchen facilities.

The location is stunning and could not be better for a base for world class ski touring. The family are very hospitable and Hege Kristin really makes the place homely and welcoming. So good we extended our stay by a week. Deserves all the praise that it gets.

Some are housed in traditional buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Fantastic place with lots of history. Stayed in 300 year old room. Very good food in restaurant. Klippfisk was absolutely superb. Breakfast was very good with many choices hot and cold. Highly recommend to stay at this place if you travel the Atlanterhavsroad.
