This timber construction features a pavi gym, and guests can also enjoy free WiFi and a terrace.... Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and Manu made it extra special with some free treats and always making sure we were taken care of. The attention to detail is great - for example there is a popcorn machine for guests and lots of beautiful organic products. The hotel is in a quiet area and you can reach some restaurants/supermarkets in just 10 minutes on foot.

This unique hotel is a historic 300-year-old former prison built into the historic wall in Amberg, just 350 metres from the town hall square. The staff was wonderful. They took the time to explain the history of the prison and the rooms were nicely finished.
