Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.

Ann was an amazing host. Super nice and helpful. We had to leave early for the airport and did not expect any breakfast. But she was so nice to offer to make us a breakfast box to take with us. Really helped us. Good location to the national park.

Room was spotless clean, breakfast was excellent and the grounds of the property are fabulous. Our goldendoodle, TJ, had the best time out of all of us though- making friends with Theon, Lily and Maxime. They were best friends by the end of the stay! Sevtlana was an excellent host and very kind.
