The view from my balcony was spectacular!!! The room itself was also nice and exceptionally clean. The bed was also really comfortable. There is a big terrace with the same wonderful view. The young woman at the desk in the morning was extremely friendly and helpful.

It creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the house has wonferful views from very large windows + a fantastic terrace. The arrival to the facility, the garage place under the apartment and the procedures for check-in and check-out have been very easy and friendly and perfectly helpful for old people with difficulties to move. The location is also very near to important and interesting cities like Luzern, Zurich and Bern.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over Easter break and received beautiful Easter bunny bags, which we thought were a lovely touch. Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant is excellent (recommend the pizza 100% - they have proper kitchen oven and an Italian chef who makes them). The room was very large and had a nice balcony.

This was the main reason for me booking the hotel, and it did not disappoint, quite the contrary. The view was extra lovely also from the room and the breakfast/ dinner terrace. The manager was so kind to change our booking (our dog run away, but she came back :) We finally came to the hotel with our little dog. At night we had dinner in the restaurant and I proposed my partner, the team was very reactive and created a beautiful dessert in just a few minutes!
