Several palmetto bugs in our room. Bathroom door would not shut all the way & was very dirty. Coffee pot definitely could have been larger.

Location was perfect. Entertainment & Tiki bar was great!! Nice updates being made to the outside of the building. Housekeeping was always around and accommodating when we needed anything. Pool/beach towels provided.

The beds are old and not comfortable! The sheets were not good quality and had to ask several times to get the sheets changed! The bathrooms are way too small and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom!

Due to limitations on walking, we were on the first floor and there was no ice machine on the ground floor.

Wish they had a breakfast for that price because eating out was very expensive. One night we had a drunk by our room yelling for a little bit but he finally went into his room at 2 am.

They got us in earlier then the check in time and was friendly about it. They gave us ideas of where to eat since it was our first time there. The beds were comfortable.

Spiders! Had a few in the corners of the ceiling. Also the shower curtain didn't contain the water, had a very wet floor. Ice machine was on the otherside, upstairs. Lost one of our bags in the parking lot. Several people mentioned seeing it, but no one turned it in. Why??? Still MIA (stay was 3-12 through 3-14).

Beach access (bit of a walk on the sand) Everything you need is within walking distance. Amenities as shampoo, body wash etc. is included. We personally had a room facing the beach, so we had perfect view of sunset and music from the tiki bar. Speaking of, a free adult beverage would be an extra treat upon check-in.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I didn't sleep well because of an annoying drip coming from the other side of the wall where the washer and dryer were located. Although sleeping was a struggle, I was able to relax in the courtyard during the day and that was exactly what I was looking for.

The room was very nice and the staff were kind. The outside area was wonderful....live music, two open bars and plenty of seating.

The property was great. The domestic argument in the neighboring room from 11:00pm-2:00am ruined our last night. This was NOT on the Thunderbird team or staff.

Wish there was a restaurant on the property where we could order food from, even breakfast. And, our floor always seemed dirty, even after it was cleaned. Whether we were in socks or barefoot, they were black bottoms.

The location was great, close to a lot of great places within walking distance. Loved the 2nd pool in the suites area!

The windows are way too thin and you can hear all of the traffic and garbage trucks early in the morning and late at night! Please change the windows to double pane. Hard to sleep.

Windows broken in kitchen and bathroom. Old cracked and chipped wall/ paint. Cigarette burn in patio chair. Walls pretty thin, esp in kitchen - could hear the neighbors very clear. Bathroom shower rod kept falling down, toilet paper holder coming off wall. Elevator only goes to 2nd floor.
