The parking area is tight and not monitored at night, as there were people parked anywhere there was space and I couldn't get out of my parking spot because of it.

The hotel and rooms were clean, even though there was some minor construction happening.

We don’t know of it’s city policy, but the live music ended way early and the tiki hut closed early and sometimes opened late.

The bathroom is small, and the door handle was hard to open, so my granddaughter kept getting locked in. Sink didn't drain well.

They didn’t have a elevator that went to the third floor. The hike from the hotel down to the beach, which isn’t their fault. It was just pretty brutal in the heat at this time of year, with all of our beach stuff. Prior locations we’ve stayed at have been much closer to the water. Wish they had a restaurant that even had some small offerings.

The lobby, pool, hot tub, and beach areas were very nice. The room was very nice and clean! Our room had a two burner stove, a mini fridge, coffee maker, and sink. Nice little kitchenette area. Beautiful view of the beach. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. They offered water bottles and beach towels when we checked in, which I thought was a nice touch. We were there early so they allowed us to use the facilities. There was a area for us to change into our bathing suits and go down to the beach and they called when a room was available. The tiki bar was great and they had a couple different types of musicians that played two times each day. They had outside games to play. There was a hot dog cart, and nice tables, chairs, and umbrellas available.

Easy to hear all of the guests coming and going into rooms. Late night party goers were distracting to early sleepers. However it was a holiday weekend so this can occur anywhere.

Centrally located, easy to get to, nice beach access. Big pool. Nicely renovated room with mini kitchen was refreshing. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly, professional and helpful.

No major complaints on our part. One little annoying thing (but not a huge deal) was that we had to go ask for the correct # of towels and wash cloths every single day. It wasn't like they left two of each every day and we had four people. It was a different number and combination every day which was kind of weird. I would recommend (to the hotel) matching the # of items left in the room with the # of guests on the reservation. Another thing you will have to deal with is very limited parking on the property. We had to get help from the front desk one evening just to find a place to park. However, we were always able to park on the property.

Breakfast is not offered, but there are several restaurants close. A few are within walking distance, a few more by a short car ride. The location is excellent and easy to drive to. The beach at this resort is very nice and was not busy during our stay at all. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A BIG plus - they have night security so you feel like you, your car are being watched AND you feel comfortable walking around at night. We really liked that. The garden / commons area by the pool is very nice and relaxing. There is a neat little tiki bar by the pool if that is your thing! They even had live music by the pool on Friday and Saturday night.

The main pool was very dirty. It had lots of dirt in the pool and foamy scum. Did not like the very long walk to the beach. Bring a beach wagon to carry all your things.

We had a few rooms booked as we travelled with family, our room did seem a little tired and worn in comparison, but I think the hotel is in the process of doing these up which will be good. Our shower was a bit temperamental & we would have maybe liked the room cleaned on occasion. Overall I think the location makes up for any minor things.

Really liked the location of the hotel, this was perfect and was probably the most important thing for us. Chelsea on reception was amazing and went above and beyond, she was by far one of the most helpful staff members.

Not enough kitchen outlets for coffee and microwave, bathroom small for 4 people, more dresser drawers needed for 4 people . Pool rules were faded and not displayed for all to see. Pool water was recirculating and it didn’t look very clean due to lack of showering by guests before entering the pool.

Our hotel location was close to restaurants, shops, and centrally located. Our room location was by the pool. Pool towels were available for guests. the tiki bar, music were perfect for sunset. Quests were respectful of quiet hours. Staff and maintenance were always helpful. Security was on property.

The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. A shuttle to the beach for those that can't walk that distance would probably be a money maker. Even if it was just a retiree for tips.

We had a ground floor pool side room by the quiet pool, easy access to room from vehicle. Parking was very tight but security helped a lot. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
