We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe property itself was run down and dirty. The elevator was broken off and on throughout our entire stay. We were on the 6th floor and I have trouble climbing stairs. We had to wait an hour to leave at the end of our stay so we didn't have to make several trips up and down 6 flights to bring our stuff down. Our floor smelled strongly of pot the entire stay.
The room was fine. Clean, comfortable bed pretty big. Pet friendly was great.

The Room was clean and The beds were comfy. Really appreciated the breakfast it was a hot breakfast eggs and waffles (you make yourself). Staff were nice and helpful
