The elevators were very slow, because there was only one stopping on 6 different floors sometimes it took 10 minutes just to come. The room could have been a tad bit cleaner were some bugs and old rice left in chairs and on tables.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative. Over all was relaxing and did enjoy my stay.

Only one elevator worked. The working elevator was slow and looked broken. There was a weird smell in the hallways and staircases.

One of the elevators didn’t work. The working elevator had a board missing as soon as you stepped on the elevator. I had a lot of light coming into my room. I had to put a towel on the floor to block the light.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

There are only 2 lifts and one of them was not working which lead to long ques for the lift. There is a small gym in the building. Both tread mills were not working though they have weights and the size of gym is decent. They can also improvise on the breakfast by adding omelets and yogurts.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent (not great) while parking is available at the property. The room given to us was spacious and had all the necessary appliances.

One of the two elevators was out of order. Therefore many times the wait time for the elevator exceeded 5 min. The working elevator fflooring was chipped and missing pieces of the faux hardwood and those spaces were taped with Blue Painter's tape. The walls in the hall ways were painted but the doors, door frames and walls had gouges (floor 3 from elevator to room 305).

I did not like how the elevators operated. They were very slow which caused us to use the stairs a lot.

The room was good, but the chairs could have been replaced due to a lot of wear and tear on them. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning was done properly.

TV was not connected and the elevators were terrible. Elevator had a broken floor, took forever to get to you. Had to use the stairs twice it took so long. Buttons broken and one elevator down.

Breakfast is very dry and horrible as there are no variety of options of food to choose from. If you are big on breakfast in the morning, maybe this hotel will not be for you as you will definitely get disappointed. In my own opinion, the hotel may as well stop serving breakfast rather than just serving people scrambled eggs, breads, funny looking sausages and waffles which you need to make yourself. Sometimes, they run out of some of this food in the morning if you get there a bit late in the morning. One of the lifts is broken and the only lift working is like waiting forever when you call it, so you might as well use the stairs. I had to change my room as the first room given to me, some of the lights were not working.

Location is absolutely fantastic, close to metro station for those that want to visit downtown DC. The room is very spacious and fairly clean. The facilities like the mini gym in the hotel is really nice. There are eateries and shops around. Rooms are cleaned everyday, though the cleaners knock at your door a bit too early around 9am to clean your room. I wished they could move the cleaning time to about 12 noon as people could still be in bed around 9am. the staff were friendly and are willing to help. Though, not very helpful about telling you where and how you can find places to visit if you are there as a tourist.

There is a gap at the bottom of the front door and the guest across and down the hall way are very loud during the midnight until dawn. We can hear them talking and walking down the hallway.

Decent size room for 4 of us abd location was good for our trip.

Staff not accommodated our request to clean the room - it was a five night stay and we wanted to get the bins emptied and bathroom cleaned. Wifi was poor and most of the time not working . Front office stated unfortunately they were having issues with wifi - promised to fix but never done . One Elevator was shut for maintenance and the other was really slow and scary . These were not mentioned when doing the booking .
