Didn’t have a working clock in the room. No PBS on tv lineup. We had to have hangers brought up to the room.Not enough carts available when we arrived. They need to be monitored better and inform guests carts need to be returned as soon as luggage is unloaded(we had to wait a 1/2 hr before one became available).

The breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Room clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette. Free soda and coffee available. Liked Staybridge so much we are now staying at the Staybridge Suites in Rock Hill, SC. Was not familiar with Staybridge Suites before this current trip. Found them on line. They looked really nice.

We didn't like the rowdiness of the kids at the pool. My daughter waited for most of them to leave before swimming,

The kitchen staff were so friendly and helpful. We like the breakfast. The bed was also super comfortable. My daughter enjoyed her stay and loved seeing all the dogs.

Very disappointed with the &75 pet fee that we were not informed of before booking. The note I received from Bookings.com was no additional charge for our special request which was our dog. When e arrived we h go kind out different snd had to pay it. I would have booked somewhere else. In Chester, PA we only paid $25, which was acceptable! $75 was ROBBERY!

There was frozen fruit at breakfast instead of fresh. Honestly, that is the only thing we did not like.

When we arrived, the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. We had never stayed at a Staybridge before. The room was a nice surprise! We had a couch seating area and a king bed. The small kitchen had a microwave and stove top, but no oven. It did have a nice size refrigerator. There were also glasses, cups, and dishes, as well as silverware. The bathroom area had a vanity with a large mirror and a full closet. The toilet and tub/shower had a door for privacy. By the way, the shower was a.ma.zing! It was strong, which we like and warmed up fast! Also, there were Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. At the sink, they had Dove brand hand wash and lotion. The king bed was VERY comfortable. While our room faced the front - where cars entered - we did not notice much noise. The room was also clean, which is important to us! We had breakfast two days, and both days were good, offering protein options of eggs, meat, and yogurt, along with fruit, cereals, waffles, and bagels. Our only disappointment was the fruit - it was all frozen, not fresh, except for apples. They also offer a light "meal" 2 nights midweek. One night was tacos, the other was spup and sandwiches. There was free wine and beer, though we are not big drinkers. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price!

The location near the PA Farm Center was great. However, and this is not hte hotel's fault, there is no sidewalk from the htoel to the Farm Center complex. You are forced to walk in the street.

I typically prefer natural light, but with the large crowd of men outside utilizing the courtyard I had to keep the drapes closed. Granted this is situational, just a thought for women when booking to ask for a room on a higher level to ensure comfort and safety.

I wasn’t aware there was a major event going on right next to the hotel, but even with all the chaos from those patrons - the staff kept super friendly and upbeat. Breakfast was easy going first thing in the morning to pop down and grab something before heading off to work. Location is super convenient if needing to travel to downtown Harrisburg for work.

*Fantastic* night staff. It was a terrible night, I got there late and was exhausted and worried. Person working the desk was amazing and helpful - very kind and competent, not fake and superficial. Room was large and had a great layout. It smelled clean and was perfectly clean, but the scents did not overpower me. This means they are not using scented products to cover up bad cleaning or bad maintenance - excellent!

Excessive noise around 11pm from stupid ROAD RACING! Obviously not much you can do other than possibly report to police. Also, breakfast should start earlier than 7:30.

The front desk attendant never said hello- he simply asked what my last name was. It was an odd way to greet someone. He was still kind, but it would have started off the stay a little better by having someone welcome us rather than simply say, “last name?”

When we got into our room (422) our heater was making a large screeching noise. I called the front desk and a technician was sent to our room within five minutes. The technician moved us to a larger room immediately and made sure we were comfortable. He was WONDERFUL!

It’s in a very industrial area but the hotel grounds are very nice.
