No breakfast was made available for the two nights that I stayed with various excuses offered. The surrounding area, outside of the hotel, and parts of the inside were shabby and not well maintained

There was no remote and the elevator was slow. When I 1st got my key it worked but when I came back, it didnt.

The room was not clean bed covers had yellow spots or stains on them the floors was dirty and nasty. The bad room had balls of hair all over the floor and around the toilet along with other items. The room floor haven't been swept or clean n the sheets on the bed didn't look clean at all. My phone in my room didn't work I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, the heat was blowing out cool air. I told the front desk she just came up took the sheet off and I showed her the floor and bathroom she stated that she was sorry picked it up with her hands n put it in the toilet and flush it I had to take tissue to get the read of the hair up. She stated they was short staffed and etc nothing else was done I told her how uncomfortable we was n ask for my money back n was told I couldn't get it back. I left me and my family and I waited for a call from the clerk as she told me she would but never call me. I called once I left watch night service the guy at the front desk then said he had just came in nobody told him anything. I was very disappointed

The room was a good size but I found a dead bug on the floor. There were not enough towels I had to ask for more. The shower was more of a drizzle than a shower and water leaked onto the floor because there was no door.

The location was perfect for us because we were going to a game at William Brice Stadium plus it was close to my daughters dorm at Campus village.

Hole in the wall in the bathroom was filled with toilet paper. No water pressure at all, and the water that came out was scalding hot. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was gross and pastries were stale. They were out of coffee on a Sunday morning.

For some reason the parking lot was super noisy. We never heard the train everyone complains about because people were yelling, honking, and playing loud bone vibrating music in the parking lot. All. Night. Long. The window air unit did not seem to cool the room well. The room ended up being much warmer than I keep my home.

The location is close to williams brice stadium. We were able to walk there in about 10 minutes. The hotel is small but we had parking. Breakfast seemed ok, like the same as most hotels. Bathroom in room was updated.

This hotel is trying to look nice, but up close it is run down and is very much in need of upgrades. The towels were rags, the phone didn’t work, the breakfast was so so.

breakfast- it appears that there was a one time fill, no replenishment. once out, you are short. Also issue with the TV. spent an entire day and half with one access to one channel.

the location was sketchy. condom boxes in the parking lot should have been my first clue on how the stay would be. it just didnt feel that clean and the room had kind of a funny smell. the vibe of the whole hotel is just dark and dim and depressing. and for $160 I kind of expected more. next time ill just spend an extra $40 for a hotel in the vista.

The lobby area could have been cleaner. The lobby itself needed updating. And the website needs to be updated because the hotel looks way dated in person compared to the online pictures.

The hotel was definitely like the pictures shown on the website. Very dated. The room we stayed in was clean but the hotel itself was not.

It was very loud. The bar behind the hotel was playing music that the walls were vibrating behind the headboard. The train was disruptive.

The room was clean but there were damages to the room walls that needed to be repaired. Tissue was stuffed into a bathroom wall whole.
