Outside of downtown, pictures were a serious misrepresentation!!! Checked in an hour after check in time and bed had no linens and we had no towels and were asked to wait.

The hotel is surrounded by close railroad tracks with regular trains coming by. There were no towels or washcloths at all in the room. When we asked the front desk that evening we were told nothing was clean. The next morning we asked again and got the same answer. We had to use a beach towel out of the car to shower with. The breakfast was the saddest soggy ego waffles and sausage I've ever seen. At 2am there was a guy high on something dancing around the parking lot and banging on 1st floor windows. At least the staff was nice.

Toilet didnt work, shower door was missing, refrigerator didn’t work, and to make matters worse the fire alarm would randomly go off throughout the night and we had to go back to the lobby to get someone to cut it off each time. We told two different receptionists of these issues and neither one seemed to care.

Didn’t eat the breakfast and location was right down the road from the event we came for which was nice.

Fridge in room didn't work, light didn't work at room entrance Tiny, grubby elevator. . Seemed like one of those hotels that people live at. The tissue box had been restuffed. Keys to room stopped working 45 minutes before check out. For 165$

Well, to start with, the elevator was concerning, it seemed in need of assistance.When I checked in, there were no towels, went out to dinner and when I returned, no towels. Promised to deliver them by morning, never happened. No breakfast provided as stated. More run down than pics represent.

The bed was comfortable. The people working at the front desk were nice; just too busy, maybe?

I really thought it was abandoned when I got there from looking at the building. It Bags full of trash waiting by the elevator upstairs along with piles of dirty towels. Water pressure is EXTREMELY LOW and the water doesn’t get hot. There’s a window busted on the side of the building. The heat in the room doesn’t heat up. 4/10

Staff appeared not to be concerned about anything. No breakfast no coffee cup. Was told waiting on truck to bring them. Did not clean room in 4 nights had to ask for towels at 7pm had to wait for them to bring to room. Probably the worst Choice motel service I have ever stayed in. Appearance on the outside was disgusting. I've never complained about a motel before but this needs to be corrected.

Carpets in room grossly stained. Mold in shower. Coffee machine in lobby out-of-order. No towels in room. Unable to control AC unit with remote. Hotel is 30 feet from an active railway.

Room didn’t have any towels or trash cans. Husband went to front desk and was told they’d send some up. We went out for several hours and there wasn’t any when we got back. Husband had to go back to front desk and was then given towels. Front desk personnel had a “why are you bothering me attitude “ when dealing with them.

The windows seemed paper thin. We heard conversations in the parking lot like someone was standing in our bathroom. There was an opaque shade over the window, but no real curtains. The "breakfast" was seriously sad.

It was so junkie and not looked after. There were fake plants/flowers sticking out of everything. It was dirty not to mention it smelled awful. As soon as you walk in the lobby all you smell is cigarette smoke then our room smelled like mildew. Our room was a disaster, we had no shower head and no curtain on the window so we could barely sleep because the light showed right through. The carpet was stained badly between the 2 beds.

We checked in there were no covers on the bed sat for a hour then found that the toilet wouldn't flush and started to leak they switch our room the next room wasn't even turned over it was so dirty from prior people staying in there moved us a third time and by this time I was over it I will not be staying here again this was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel

The rooms were absolutely filthy. We went through 4 rooms before they gave us a “clean” room. The first few rooms were very dirty and they clearly hadn’t changed the sheets from the previous guests. There were stains all over the floor of the room.
