The room was old and outdated. It smelled and everything felt wet when we checked in. There looked like mold on the baseboards. The bed was very uncomfortable, our backs hurt the whole trip.

It was nicely located by the creek and the staff seemed friendly.

This was our first stay at Carr’s and we will definitely be back! The rooms were nice and clean with a beautiful view of the creek from our patio and is and is located close enough to downtown Gatlinburg you could walk if you chose too. The staff were so kind. There is ramps going to the bottom floor which is so much more convenient than stairs.

In the hotel's descriptions, it listed a shared kitchen, and well, there wasn't one. Some apartments apparently do have private kitchens but there a not shared facilities! Would have been good to know, they might want to update their text!

The location is great! Gatlinburg can be a very touristy and loud place but the Hotel was located a bit away from the main street (10 minute walk), right by a beautiful river which makes it a great place to calm down and have a good night's sleep. The bedroom with a balcony overlooking the river was super clean and the beds quite comfy. You can make bonfires right outside at the river, and the hotel has plenty of BBQ stations as well. And don't forget the pool!

Bathroom was sort of dimly lit. Other than that, we have no complaints. Far enough off the road that there is no noise from traffic, and check in / out was super easy and quick. Thanks Carr's!

Good location. Comfortable and clean bed. We travel to Gatlinburg mainly to hike and eat the great quality of foods offered in the area. The cottage we were in was right on the river, and we liked the scenery a lot. Other than that, bathroom was clean and the place was overall convenient.

It was a little further walk from the main street than I expected, though certainly doable. A few small nits --- Facial tissues and paper towels should be provided. those are an expectation in any rentals and those with kitchens respectively. Also a dust pan to go with the broom would have been nice.

The rooms, including the kitchen were great. Our cottage had a full standard kitchen and we had 2 queen beds. The location stream-side, with the overlooking balcony, was terrific. Parking was convenient, right in front of our door. The washer and dryer worked well for us for a reasonable price. The pool was nice and not busy in the afternoon in late May.

They cleaned too hard the smell of the cleaning solutions was strong in the bathroom and in my room, but it aired out that just showed you. They clean very very well but for me, it was a little too sensitive for my eyes.

Loved the outdoor fire pits and the room was big and the lights around the ceiling was a nice touch. Will be visiting again

The jacuzzi in our room didn't work.

I loved the way the cabin was set up for our anniversary! The flower petals on the bed and the towels decorated in a heart was perfect! It was comfortable and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for!

Not much we didn't like. The bathroom was very small, you had to bend over to do hair and makeup, but hey we made it work.

Loved the location. The bed was comfy, room was clean, all staff members we dealt with were awesome. We could walk down town from our room. We had a balcony by the stream, working fireplace. Very cozy! Would go back again and again.

The beds made very loud creaking sounds.

The front desk rep accommodated us with a room with no ramp. It was one level and it faced the creek. Loved it. We stayed on our balcony. Enjoyed the creek and the birds and squirrels. We will be back. All the staff was very nice. Room was very clean.

It was about a 20 min walk from everything in Gaitlinburg, which doesn’t sound bad but owing pregnant and walking up hill back to the cottage was not fun.

I loved the cottage and the stream flowing in the back was so relaxing.
