Very good maintenance of room temperature. Hot water with no surprises. Very good room cleaning service. Nice and comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. Big and comfortable shower even though the room is relatively small and narrow. Nice big lobby and bar area. My room was at 13nth floor. It has very nice view but I do not know if this is the case for all rooms. Power supply with usb which does not force you to come with an american adapter. The room light is a little tricky as the bathroom lights are the best to use for the room. However, every bed has also it's own position-adjustable light which comes in handy. Nice and friendly stuff. Service to leave our buggages during last day after checkout in order to come back and retrieve them later on to get to the airport (in case the flight is on the afternoon).

The shower water pressure is not ideal. Some people might be a little annoyed but generally it was adequate.

Very practical and confortable. It's not a gorugeous hotel but everythig is properly maintained clean and nice. I stayid for the total eclipse observation. Due to such very specific and special reason of staying, it is not appropriate for me to evaluate overall. However, it was a very confortable hotel.

It’s one of the cheapest alternatives in Manhattan. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Excellent location in Koreatown, just next to Empire State. It’s a walking distance to Times Square and even to SoHo if you’re a good walker.

It’s a bit old and outdated if you mind it. As it is super centrally located, it could be noisy till 12:00am outside.

Nice Hotel. Reasonably clean (stained carpet), comfortable. I liked the kitchenette. Nice breakfast.

Shame about the front Desk staff. Booked the hotel on the basis of good Google reviews. I was asked 'how would I like to pay?'. I said part IS dollars and part on card. I was told this wasn't possible, so why ask????? Read the reviews regarding 'Juan'. I found him inflexible and brusque. I mentioned his good reviews on Google, and he ominously replied 'I'd like to keep it that way'. If I'm honest this made me feel nervous about staying, particularly after he charged me a 'refundable' $50 damage deposit to my credit card (which I haven't had refunded yet). Also, hear next doors music coming from the TV (banging rap mixed with Spanish samba). Lucky they turned it off at 22:30, else it would have been the icing on the cake as to a stressful stay. Not returning.
