  • Motel 6-Monterey, CA Review score: 1

    “Bed were awful”

  • The Olympia Lodge Review score: 8

“The idea of the "French" family was to find the American-style motel off the beaten path. So, we weren't disappointed. Close to Monterey, Carmel, and the 17 Mile Drive. The US-made motel is ideally located, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, coffee maker... everything is perfect... with peace and quiet (in May). A big thank you to the reception team who connected us on the chat for our arrival.”

  • Carmel Bay View Inn Review score: 9

“Fabulous location which meant shops, beach & eating places were all in walking distance. Rooms were great value given Carmel is generally an expensive place. Staff were exceptional- friendly, helpful & welcoming- nothing was too much trouble.”

  • Carmel Fireplace Inn Review score: 6

“good location, pretty outside area/gardens, free parking”

  • Stargazer Inn and Suites Review score: 4

    “Very little.”

  • Monterey Bay Lodge Review score: 7

“This was a pleasant room in a good location. Access to the beach and some of the main attractions in Monteray were within walking distance. We walked to the nearby McDonalds for breakfast as breakfast was not offered. The room was clean and comfortable however the room was older and will need some renovation soon.”

  • “Professionalism of the staff”
