One bathroom for 7 rooms. Cold floors, cold bathroom , cold halls. Senseless furnishings , extremely uncomfortable beds, argumentative and disconnected communication. Many more shortcomings.

The breakfast was prepack so there was no hot meals like scrambled eggs or even baked beans.

The password was wrong and I spent 15 mins with tries before the administration resend me the correct one. WiFi didn't provide internet access. The shower was not in the best state. The good breakfast that they advised was a piece of bread, a small cup of fruit, one piece of cheese, and a croissant. The juice was made of water with a drop of concentrate (it costs 8 euros!!). Also, I paid for a room with breakfasts for my family, but in the morning there were only 3 breakfasts. In the mail, they answered that a 3-year-old kid has to pay if he wants it. But I booked a room for four with the breakfasts! Anyway, I don't like to see such breakfasts I pay for never again. The instruction tells that breakfast will be in front of your room. But in the morning it was somewhere on the floor. I should explore it all to find it. Nice service! Air conditioning didn't work and a balcony in the room was full of air conditioners from the hotel. They all produced warm air. Nothing to breathe. Nice again!

This place was amazing, location on mall across from Zara. Amenities great for a few days or a week, well equiped kitchen with coffee machine., lovely little balcony to back of building with view of cathedral. Spotlessly clean with fresh white towels when required, aircon a must. The owner very kindly took my laundry away to have washed, free of charge, even supplied a toaster when I asked..lovely friendly place to stay.. Highly recommend.🫶

There was no toilet in the toilet, just a shower and a sink. That was a massive turn off as I paid extra to have a private toilet. The towels had stains, the common toilet was never free in the morning. Very thin walls, could hear the other guests.

The room was small and the floor of the bedroom and shower were visibly dirty. The breakfast had low quality products; I wouldn't spend 5 euros on it. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, which made the room feel less than luxurious.

The location was fantastic, near lots of attractions and decent restaurants. There are two man streets lined with flowers very closeby. Nice for walks. The autonomous check in/check out was simple. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked well. I also appreciated the TV in the bedroom and having a balcony.

It was not indicated that you have to send your ID via email to confirm your identity. I felt very uncomfortable with it and am still upset. I learned it when the payment was made and was offered a money return but this would have meant waiting. Wifi is not 100% reliable, it did not connect immediately and fell out 2 or 3 times during my 4-day stay. No problem if you don't need it badly (I did). The curtains must be drawn when strong sun is operating. It was unbearably hot in the kitchen and on the balcony.

Easy contactless check-in any time you like after the prescribed hour, the procedure very well described. Breakfast served on time as agreed, left on a trolley in front of my room. Very clean.

The location is EXCELLENT and the room is nice, clean, modern and very comfortable for one or two people. The staff (specially CLARICE FREITAS) was ON TOP of everything and was really helpful at all times. I would stay here again for sure!
