The location was great and the bed was soo comfortable I literally extended my stay another night for it. Easy to make friends, too. Good price, there was an okay kitchen too.

It was really loud. The room was right infront of the living space and there were people playing music live until pretty late. It was okay if you're into that, but loud when you want to sleep.

Amazing location, good for working on the patio, breakfast was toast/cereal but nice. Staff was great, it was clean and had an alright kitchen. AC in the rooms at night.

The staff could have been more helpful with regards to our trip (they had no idea about the connections to/from the Pacific coast such as Puerto Escondido, Mazunte, while this does not seem like an uncommon destination)

We had no WIFI in the room. Because of this, on day 2, we were promised to change rooms, when we would return from the beach. However, when we got back and after we packed our bags - they told us the new room was given to new guests. Because of this, we couldn't switch, had a not-cleaned room (sandy) and we packed our bags for no reason. The room couldn't also be cleaned anymore, because the cleaners already left. Luckily the receptionist and the parking employee helped us by giving us clean sheets and fresh towels. Still, paying 320 dollars for 2 nights makes you expect to have a bit more service and an overall experience. When discussing the issue with the manager the next day, she could only give us a 15% discount and she told us that it was our problem, because we came back from the beach too late. Which I find unacceptable because I mentioned being back at 17:00 and she said "Ok". Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.
