I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this hotel—they were incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the pool and breathtaking views; I could have spent hours just taking it all in. The breakfast was varied, and the staff even surprised us with ‘belated birthday’ pancakes—an incredibly thoughtful gesture given that our birthdays had recently passed. The rooms and facilities were everything we needed. The reception staff were thoughtful, organized, and ready to assist with anything you needed. What really made the experience feel like home were the wonderful people working there.

Situato a Klong Muang Beach, a 500 metri dalla spiaggia di Koh Kwang, il VARANA Hotel Krabi offre una piscina all'aperto, un centro fitness e servizi gratuiti quali biciclette e un parcheggio privato.... location nuova e completa di tutti i servizi, personale molto attento, professionale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata, ci è stato subito offerto l'upgrade. Nulla da dire su pulizia e confort della struttura, inclusa la SPA.

Everything was very nice, the rooms are super clean and with comfortable beds, “Cee” who is at the front desk is very helpful and attentions to details, she for helped us with all we needed and provided an excellent service.

The service everywhere from every staff member is excellent and makes you feel welcome (White at the reception, and Jan at breakfast). Breakfast was pretty complete and tasty. It was our honeymoon and The Pin had our room beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and a bottle of wine all for free. The pool was excellent temperature and the room had everything we needed. Water is also included.
