The resort sits on the Bürgenberg mountain and offers several restaurants with terraces, as well as panoramic views of the picturesque lake and the mountains of Central Switzerland.
Our stay was beyond our expectation. We have enjoyed our stay and we will be visiting this property again for sure. We had a lake view room. We have enjoyed a beautiful romantic night view from the bathtub.

Big and cozy room, very welcome stuff - did all the best for earlier check-in. Clean in the room and very luxury in the corridors. Provide Luzern card that gives you free public transport tickets (can be asked in advance)

Great luxury mansion converted into a backpackers. Fantastic value for money, quite easy to reach on the bus, and was clean and comfortable. Very smooth system overall run by the hosts, who were very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel was fantastic, it felt like a castle. The breakfast was amazing and Marissa made it even more special. It oozed luxury from the moment we arrived. The room size was great, no concerns about anything.

Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. We loved this hotel, whilst not Lake facing, the alpine views are as spectacular and the hotel, being new is beautifully designed. Our room was lovely and we were able to get into it early. The spa facilities incredible and being able to use the main pool up at the resort hotel a plus.

Hotel is very basic. No A/C or fan, very hot room. Bathroom very small, hard to sit on toilet as basin in way. Lock on door very hard to lock. Outside door didnt work at night, fortunately restuarant still open. Appreciate hotel is cheap (for Switzerland) but the sort of place you'd expect to pay £30 in a uk coastal resort.
