Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with great advice about things to do around the island. Not so much nightlife as such, but ideal for a relaxing stay. A la carte restaurants were nice, but the buffet is more than adequate with great breakfast and dinner options. Lovely beach area and pools.

The food was wonderful. The staff was extraordinarily nice. I think that they were relatively close to being at capacity and yet it never felt like it. There was always space and never felt too hectic. The animation was also great - particularly in the evenings. Wonderful place to go with kids!

The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror. The room was very new and well-designed. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

Location was perfect not right in the centre of the resort but you could walk along the beach for about 10 minutes which takes you to the restaurant's and bars along the front.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were completely to our satisfaction. The food offered was exceptional for an all-inclusive stay. The presentation, cleanliness and service was beyond expectations. To get around you need a car rental. Smy Kos has two pools and a beach; all very well equipped.
