Good location, some 4-5 km away from the Aheloy Beach, 20 min from Nessebar and 25 min from Burgas. 2 areas with pools, one with a big pool, round bar in the pool, 2 restaurants - I would recommend only the big one, close to the Reception. The complex welcomes mostly British people (at least in that period) and can become very noisy in the evenings, especially when other groups of tourists are coming in. We had the "chance" (!) to witness a big group of Serbs who sang melodramatic chants very late in the night. And the complex of buildings surround the big pool, therefore it becomes more like a football night evening atmosphere than a relaxing one, but again, it depends probably on the period. The shop in complex is very poor in options, so make sure you buy from somewhere else if you dine in the apartment (there is a Lidl close by). The apartment is big, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room, air conditioning in all rooms and very good wifi - was at good speeds for our remote work. Nice trips can be made in the are, we recommend Nessebar, Burgas old town and walk on piers, Pomorie Sand Bar, Salt Museum, the red salty lake close to Wave Resort and also the mud therapy - free of charge and very funny - close to the same salty lake. I would not call the experience as Luxury, but was not bad either. I think when it was open, some 20 yrs ago, the complex offered more quality, now it needs more renovation - buildings, wall paints, drainage. A big hello to Richard, the owner, and Kevin, his friend.
