The staff was amazing, from the reception desk to the lifeguards and cleaning personnel. The hotel has a great view in the morning as well as in the evening, with all its rooms oriented towards the seaside. The rooms are very spacious, the coffee at the lobby bar is very nice as well as the cocktails served there and and the pool bar. The gym is top notch comparable to 5 stars hotels in The Middle East.

A buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are available daily at the main restaurant, while Asian, Bulgarian and Italian cuisine can also be enjoyed for dinner at the a la carte restaurants upon request. The resort also features 4 all-inclusive bars serving local alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and hot beverages. The resort has an excellent architecture, the rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Everything is spotless clean and the staff is working hard to keep the customers happy. A very important part for us was the bufet which was a very pleasant surprise, a vast variety of quality food.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Beautiful new hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. The staff was always in a good mood and they do their job very well. The food is varied and delicious for everyone's taste. Animations for children and adults so that you will never be bored. I am happy to recommend this hotel .

Located in Sozopol, 600 metres from Kavatsi Beach, Ancient well provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Located around less than 1 km from Bamboo Beach, the resort with free WiFi is also a 14-minute walk away from Harmanite Beach. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a sea view. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is tasty and you get plenty of fresh fruit with it. The location is just 4-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You also get free parking inside the complex. But what stands this place out is the service. This is probably the only place where I have stayed and I can say that the service has been exceptional without exaggeration. Nadja (our host) went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Firstly, I got a call day before our stay asking us whether we want to check in early because our room was going to be available earlier. Secondly, when we got to the hotel our room was upgraded to an apartment free of charge. Then when our friends who also stayed at the hotel at the same time asked her whether she can help them call a cab to get them to the beach bar they wanted to go, she offered and drived them there herself. And then finally we all got late check out for free. I can probably go on with a few more things but these few examples can show you how great the service was during our short (only 2 days) stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are already planning another visit this summer. Thank you for making our stay so amazing 👏

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The accommodation features spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The personnel at the reception is super polite and professional. Very clean and spacious apartment, we stayed at a two bedroom apartment. Quiet morning coffee at the terrace is top. Massage at the spa is the best, very professional.

Boasting a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols in Obzor, HVD Reina del Mar - Premium Spa Service & Free Parking features 3 swimming pools for adults, one of which is heated, and one heated pool for younger guests. Free WiFi is provided. The hotel is excellent, very big with a lot of activities, pools and restaurants. The food was very good and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

A very nice place for a family vacation: comfy, clean, secure and quiet.

Aqua Paradise Resort is an seaside resort with multi-functional structure offering a wide range of tourist and business services, recreation, living and variety of attractions. The resort is situated on the main road Burgas-Varna in lush greenery area next to the biggest Aquapark on the Balkans and 500 metres away from the beach. Free entrance to Aquapark Paradise Nessebar is offered for all guests. The personnel was amazing. Hotel personnel and especially the animation team for the kids (Bogy, Heyson, Tony). Amenities are great, among others great sauna area and spa, tennis, football pitch, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, game room, bowling, pool etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Last year we visited the Wave resort (in close proximity) but we prefer the Aqua Paradise resort, even though the aquapark was not even open at the time of our visit.
