This hotel is amazing. It is few steps from the station, few minutes walk from the center, the room was the most spacious I had during my three week travel to Japan. It also had a full equipped kitchen and a great washing machine.

Everything was great. I'd absolutely stay here again and again. The staff was not fluent in English but they were very helpful and used a translating app to speak to us. The room was clean, breakfast was great, the sauna and hot springs (2 large bath tubs) were amazing as well. 5 Stars.

Location was perfect, very near to Takayama station. Clean and spacious room, they provided free drinks in the minibar and kitchen was well equipped too. Front office staffs able to speak English well. Overall, great experience, very good value.

The room, the breakfast, and the location were amazing! Really happy with everything. The staff is really helpful and they let us leave our luggage even after checkout. Really thankful for that. We also got to ride some of the hotel bikes for free around town.

Exceptional views from just outside the building of Gifu mountains, and the rooms themselves are very well-equiped and comfy, considering the price! Also, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I could check-in without a physical passport (as I didn't have it at the time), and helped me check-in just with a picture I had of it.

The rooms were comfortable and well-ventilated (air conditioning and heating), and there was an excellent buffet breakfast served from 6.30-9am. The breakfast spread is very good for the price. The breakfast room is also roomy compared to other business hotels. The cost of accommodation is very cheap considering the location. JR line users have to walk 10-11 minutes from the station but the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the Meitetsu Gifu station.

Exceptional Hotel. There is a train cars placed next to the hotel, where staff hang a flags of nations of the guests - that was super nice gesture, we loved it! The staff is very welcoming and helpful overall. Rooms and facilities are very clean and nice. We were assigned to Japan style room - great exeprience. Onsen is specious and you have a freedom to use Japan style onsen or mixed with large baths and sauna. Breakfast was very tasty and included multiple items. Window view was great: forest, mountains and waterfall (from one side of hotel). Overall great experience and highly recommended.

Wonderful (public) onsen available at the hotel available at the hotel. Especially, the outdoor one was great. Many non-hotel guest visitors there as well. Hotel offers great ammendities for guests (e.g. pyjamas, toothbrush, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap). Pick-up shuttle from Takayama station available (alternatively 7 min walk). Hotel had the biggest in-house sovenir shop, I have ever seen. Many hotels available inside the hotel as well. Staff was very helpful.

First off - location. You couldn’t get a spot closer to the bus station if you tried! It’s super convenient. Second - the staff were amazingly helpful with our reservation and our queries regarding things to do and how to get to attractions in the area. The motel and our rooms were very clean, loved the complimentary toothbrushes, shaver and hair brushes.
